Operation: Hibernation was a success according to Rookie, the EPF made a camera in Herbert's liar to keep track of what he is doing. Go to the EPF Command Room and you will see this screen:
If you go up to the monitor and click that small screen on the top-left corner, the image expands so you have a clearer view. Take a look:
